Hazrat Bal Mosque Pilgrim Centres Hazrat Bal Mosque, a site of religious significance in Vijayawada. An annual feast is held every year to commemorate the appearance of Mother Mary at Lourdes on February 11th 1858. Hazrat Bal Mosque is a place of religious significance in Vijayawada.
The specialty of this mosque lies in the fact that it is one of those rare mosque's in India which houses the relics of Prophet Mohammed which is displayed once a year. A holy relic of the Prophet Mohammed is kept here which is displayed once a year. A large number of non-Muslims too join the celebrations. |
