13kms. The capital of Bardez Taluka, on the National Highway 17, is at the cross roads of the network of highways covering whole of North Goa. This place is the headquarters of the Bardez Taluka and is at a distance of around 13 kilometers from Panaji. It is the third largest city of Goa and the capital of northern Bardez taluka.
